It depends on if you are talking about 2K15 on PC or on another console as too what is the first 2K15 mod on here.

No not just retextures these are full mods, arena mods trons, audio, entrances & winning animations are just a few things and tekken's are what makes it all possible.

I agree, I personally mod 2k14 & 2k15 & it's a blast.
