Attire Specific Movesets

Sup, everyone. I'm new here to Nextwave 64, and I'm glad to be here.

Now, some time ago (like several weeks ago), I came across a code called 4 Movesets for 1 Wrestler Slot. This code really intrigued me, because this would expand the amount of movesets by 4 times, literally. But I'm having some trouble with the last line.

81099ddd rrrr.

ddd = Move Replacement Address (Offset = 114Hex)
rrrr = Move Replacement Code

Even with some of the other moveset replacement codes I have, I'm still having trouble with this last line... Any help would be vastly appreciated.
