It works basically the same as any paint program, the tools are just named differently. Youtube and stuff is full of easy guides.

However I am "good" simply in Photoshop, for example:

That looks pretty sweet! I would just recommend changing the mouth a little

El, what plugins do you use/settings? I noticed in the picture yours has the shadow on wrestlers like when you play on a regular N64/default plugins. Rice removes them.
