There is nothing about it that needs activators, there are no Toki3's or Toki1's.

o i thought i needed activators for toki 2 as well..... noob moment. Also found out that d2a's other application for damage mods to top tope moves also works for strikes. for example I made jericho's flying forearm hit with his left shoulder instead of the forearm and it makes a decent cena-esque shoulder block
