it's right having permission about a mod made over another one's work..after this question i think it's not wrong starting to some idea but it's better re-start the work with yourself . editing over another modded texture is not the best way to learn your own capacity.

Its makes sense , LOL . Even if my Mods are public , the guy who wants to use my mods ask's me and then import's it in a patch , Like all others . So you just took away my randy orton , edited it , used my body , IMPORTED and did not give credit in the first time . You thought that I will not see it ? That's wrong ! You could have used it but I never gave permission to edit it !

Simple,people work hard to do mods,some of them simply don't want you to edit their textures,or at least want's you to ask them.

It's quite hard to understand,but you must follow it or you may get banned.
