[Closed] convert OGG files to a PCK file

Hi, I 'm new to the forum and have not much experience in this to modify games which use the tutorial SSV " http://s4.zetaboards.com/Old_Skool_Reunion?topic=9879449/1/ " to replace songs wwe 13 entry , and thanks to this I could extract the files in ogg format from the music.pck ISO file and replace with other downloaded some songs for my MP3 and then I became a OGG (achieving weighing less kb ogg bringing the game ) ; but now my question is how to gather all again OGG files into one file PCK , anyone know which application or how to do it? ^o) ^o) .
