I love it up until the snap. But I don't like the fall afterwards. It seems a little unnatural.

I only mentioned that because the rest of it was so spot on.

Here is a tip (of which you don't need many): When the defending wrestler is hit by a quick move, try to imagine how you would react if someone performed it on you DURING A FIGHT.

If you think about the reactions as if they were part of a fight, instead of a wrestling match, the reactions will look more realistic. This is a lesson that Finlay teaches aspiring wrestlers.

If I was on the receiving end of the move, my shoulder region would jerk like yours did. The natural thing would be to let the momentum of the snap back send me backwards on to my back. OR it would cause me to turn while falling forward. So I would grab my arm, and fall in the same direction that you hack did. But I would turn as I was falling, landing on my left side (because I would try to protect the injured arm from the impact of the fall), and then roll out onto my back.

But that's just my two cents.

Go look at the Shoulder Break Thrust, Arm Breaker 01, and Arm Breaker 02 counter in the game, they are all sold the same exact way. If you look at Arm Breaker 02 in the Counter Punch section, it is this move. You can only work with animations already in the game.
