Firstly, I don't mean to bump old topics, but I have to tell you that I failed to replace SSFD pics with previously methods :wall:
1. I tried SvR 2011 to replace SSFD, but I failed. However, this tool is the simplest method to replace SSFA/B/C.
2. I tried MrMoneymaker methods, but I failed. I got this message in svredit_v24: "import_any SSFD.pac SSFD menu PS2' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable or batch file"
3. I tried dadydodos method, and I failed again. I got my SSFD looked like this pic:

Anyone has suggestion for me regarding this SSFD pic?

For the authorities (admin): Please don't ban me. I just don't get why I failed to change SSFD with those cited methods.
:RVD

What do you mean about it? I don't get it.
Should I copy the cmd.exe inside the c:\windows\system32 into c:\svredit_24 ?

about all SSFD Grey Pics
when you create your tm2 file : 128 x 128 (fix alpha like arjun the man tutorial)
then save it as tm2
with settings :
Convert to RGB CULT
Swizzle image data for faster upload
then use SSFD Without HEX (no nike the bike, or the best editor)
use this method , it's works for me

@ma5am : Put your SSFD.PAC In Root svredit_v24 folder and in svr_files>2010>Your Console (PS2)

when this message appers ?[/quote]I already tried Mrmoney method. I renamed the sting.tm2.mtp2 (which I downloaded from pic resource) with file 000035.dat (MVP id), then I rebuilt the SSFD.pac & I used svredit_v24 to import new SSFD into MENU & ARC like I said earlier.
Did I miss something?

Oh My God, Finally I know what's wrong!!
I type wrong command line :D c:\svredit_v24>import_anySSFD.pacSSFDmenuPS2
How stupid :mock:

This one is the right one:
c:\svredit_v24>import_any[space]SSFD.pac[space]SSFD[space]menu[space]PS2
ps: [space] = press space in your keyboard
:celebrate:

Thanks Cenz :D :D :D :D
