You can edit them from the game !

The PS7 isn't out, but Hairy Old Man From The Hill is.

The easiest way to edit a moveset is to do it in the game. Go into create modes, then moves sets, then superstars. Nobody has made a method of editing moves sets by editing the iso as yet.
