I GOT IT!!! It'S not the belt - first he removed Miz' entrance jacket, 2nd he shortend Miz' entrance jacket and 3rd he replaced it with a Shirt!

Yes, Damien Sandnow in dlc, if to experiment that with ch.pac it will be possible to replace it but I have no Damien Sandnow's dlc.....
