It looks good man, but I would make some fixes.

His Pepsi tattoo is horribly drawn and un-accurate. I would use textures from the game and redraw it onto his arms. The textures you have available should make his tattoos easy.

Also his hair was much more blonder than in the preview. I would lighten it up a bit.
