This is just an opinion but can you color the links like red for noob blue for intermidiate and other color for advanced that would make it much easy

There's a problem about the Arjun suggestion.. Not all have the same concept of difficulty about a tut, Example for you now the HEX is too noob.
But for some users maybe it isn't and so on, And can be maybe a little hard to sort IMO.

Intermidiate(Normal, not too hard not too easy)
