I think its a decent start.. The mask needs work in the eyes area and it looks kinda to big/high up (The gold/eyes erea). The mask is lacking texture for sure. Things need to be blended better, but already spoke to you about that via PM..

A experience Hires modder will be able to give you better suggestions buddy. Thanks for taking my request by the way. :hi
