[Closed] The Hurricane V.2

I'm not sure if anyone else had made a Hurricane CAW but I'm going to contribute mine. Or at least gain some responses. Awhile back I had made a hurricane but since i lost my work, I decided to start from scratch and make another. Using the baaaasessssss pack and following HIW's tutorial (Thanks BTW) [also a lot of trial and error], I was able to make this one without rushing. Please only Constructive Criticism Responses. Tell me where to improve or if it's good enough to release.
