Got To Dolphin Emu

And To Graphics Setting And to Advance Tap

And Cheack Dump Textures

You Will Find the Textures in this directory

E:\Dolphin\User\Dump\Textures

After You Edit Copy The Folder Of The Editied Texture

To

E:\Dolphin\User\Load\Textures

And Open Dolphin And To Graphics Setting And to Advance Tap

And UnCheack Dump Textures And Cheack Load Textures

yeah the "Plugin_VideoDX9.dll" is DirectX9 Plugin try to change your emulator to a new version
