I think it looks pretty good so far. The few things I think that needs some tweaking is the hair is lighter in some spots where it should be more of a single color and I think could blend in more so the hair strands don't stand out so much. A headband might be a good addition as well and his face might be too long.

Maybe give him 2 alternate faces K! The face needs work and from a distance does not resemble him too much!

Also I think what George said about the hair is spot on, so follow that advice buddy.
