Game Freezing At First Loading Screen

When I start HCTP on a USB drive with Open Ps2 Loader, it gets stuck at the first loading screen (the Paul Heyman's client who is the 1 in the '21 and 1', Paul Heyman's client who is the 1 in the '21 and 1', Brock Lesnar one). I'm not sure what the problem is, because I could get it to work two years ago. I want to know if there is a way to fix this. I would appreciate it if someone could help.
