GTA LCS PSP

latest days i was trying to open and see kinds of folders/files inside GTA liberty city PSP.
i see different exstension from files i known in smackdown vs raw and i don't know how to
open it
i 'd like to try to mod cars and other things .
somebody can show me tools/tutorials for editing textures i need?

I have modded both LCS and VCS, there's not a lot of stuff that can be modded, I know the player skin, peds and some textures ex. Save Point texture. can be modded

i'd lke to try to mod car models but i think it's not easy as for pc version of the game..

PC version of the game is extremely difficult, because you need to learn model rigging first and texturing etc.
