many times i said to others "do your mods by yourself.."(i had to be more wise)..

now i have to ask help for me in this way..
i 'd like to make more perfect my TIGERMASK CAW
modding caw items as the way of hardx36 tutorial...
but i can't do it for two reasons:
one: i can't open the downloaded tutorial on my pc.
two: because ,main problem , i 'm not able to touch arc file.
after the caw items mods...

i need somone who knows to do the hardx36 caw items mods
for making this

and then update my arc file
