Help installing the TNA Impact mod

So if anyone can help, I’m trying to install the TNA Impact No Mercy mod and I set all the settings and directories right, but when I load up the game it does load the textures of the characters and arenas (aside from entrances in the arenas), but the start screen is glitchy, some characters have hats and Curry Man has no face, and besides the new font, it has the normal No Mercy menu stuff. This same problem happened to me when I first tried to get WCW Feel The Bang, so I think this is a problem on my side. I also get a “Failed to load plugin C:\TNA\Plugin\RiceVideoDebugger.dll” error. Any help?
