Help on Model Height

I am having a problem while importing a Model. The Imported Model attains the Height of the one that is replaced. For example when I replace Undertaker or Big Show with say Chris Benoit, the later becomes as tall as the one replaced. How can I edit the height of a model ? Please Help !!!!
