It's easy with my import_any function, this is from the readme.txt file:

To import any file to an archive PAC file your SVR2010 game from the external import functionality:

WARNING: Note that only the first entry matching file id will be updated if file id is present more than once in the PLIST[system].ARC
file. This also means that this is not bullet proof and will only work when the first occurance of file id is the correct one to
update in the PLIST[system].ARC file.

1. Start a cmd-prompt.
2. cd to/the/directory/svredit/is/installed/to
3. run:
import_any [any.pac] [file id] [archive] [system]
4. The any.pac file will be added into the archive.pac file and be referenced by the first entry of the given file id by the
PLIST[system].ARC-file that will be updated accordingly.

[any.pac] - The pac file to add into archive.pac
[file id] - The id in PLIST[system].ARC to update (the section of the archive file being replaced, section id to update offset and size for)
[archive] - The pac archive file to add to (just type the name of the file, leave out ".PAC" file ending, for example "MENU"/"_EVTOBJ")
[system] - PS2/PSP

Example of importing a new MBGI pac file into MENU.PAC (MENU.PAC has to be put in the correct svredit_files folder):
import_any C:\svredit_mods\MenuScreens\MBGI.PAC MBGI MENU PS2

However, I cannot remember the section name and the ids to update...

Got more info from the hardx thread...

The id's are the same that they are for 2011. The difference is that one or two of the id's in 2011 aren't in 2010 if I remember correctly. Also, some belt id's will need a pre section search, a "SECTION/ID" type id, otherwise an incorrect entry will be changed in the arc. I don't remember off the top of my head but someone who can do this by hex editing would be able to help out pretty easily.
I imported your IC+winged eagle titles easily without any problems.

Will keep looking for more and collect it together...

<blockquote class='quote\\_blockquote'><dl><dt>Quote:</dt><dd> </dd></dl><div>this an example:

import_any x-divisionstretched.pac SOBJ/2008 _EVTOBJ PS2

import_any x-divisionfolded.pac SOBJ/2018 _EVTOBJ PS2

import_any x-divisionrolled.pac SOBJ/2028 _EVTOBJ PS2

[/quote]

<blockquote class='quote\\_blockquote'><dl><dt>Quote:</dt><dd> </dd></dl><div>
in 2011 the next belts are

3008 & 4008 stretched
3018 & 4018 folded
5008 rolled

just import the stretched belt to id 3008 and 4008
and the folded belto id 3018 and 4018
[/quote]

Remember to use section/id (SOBJ/...) so that your arc does not get corrupted!

I think so, use
import_any x-divisionstretched.pac SOBJ/2008 _EVTOBJ PS2
so that your arc does not get corrupted.
[/quote]yes but i think i need to update PLISTPS2.ARC

anyway we can make ur game look more better

That's what svredit does. If you read the readme.txt file, it says import_any imports to pac file and updates arc.
This is the example to look at (there are more ids on this site somewhere, don't know where):

import_any x-divisionstretched.pac SOBJ/2008 _EVTOBJ PS2
import_any x-divisionfolded.pac SOBJ/2018 _EVTOBJ PS2
import_any x-divisionrolled.pac SOBJ/2028 _EVTOBJ PS2

All the Evtobj ids are inside of it . There is a file called LIST.DAT inside of the evtobj . Extract it ,change the extension to bpe , uncompress it and open it with hex editor and you will get all the ids .
