How to Change The Moveset to Martial Arts?

Hey guys,

I'm trying to create a Bruce Lee CAW found here:

For the moves it says that you must change the moveset to martial arts, though for the life of me I can't figure out how to do that lol??

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thx.
