So I was looking through Misawa's hidden moveset in No Mercy, and I noticed a few things:

1. His Front Strong Grapple B Left/Right is the Jawbreaker. I'm not sure why he has this instead of the much more powerful Tilt-a-Whirl Piledriver.
2. His second finisher is the Strong Lariat! Not sure if this was accidental, but I can't see Misawa doing a lariat. XD
3. I just noticed this, and his Tiger Suplex Pin (Back Strong Grapple B) was replaced with Big Clothesline. At this point, I'm not really sure why No Mercy slightly altered his moveset with weaker moves, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's for balance reasons.  :p

These were little fun facts I thought I'd share with you all. ^^

I'm gonna take a guess:
It's the opposite, they didn't change the moveset at all from VPW2. Thing is, during the conversion to No Mercy, many moves changed slots, and that explains the "wrong moves", say his second finisher slot had the value "72" for whatever finisher he had, during the change of slots and moves order in No Mercy, whatever was 72 was changed  to Strong Lariat.

There's no factual evidence here, but as someone who was always curious about leftovers in games, I'd say this is the most likely case of what happened. Hell, I'd even add to this theory that it wasn't their intention to even leave this moveset on the game, because if it was, what was it's purpose? You can't access it through normal means.

Wow...that's one hell of a theory, my friend. It also bugged me a bit, too. Not your theory, but the moveset alterations. (I don't know why XD)

Also, I was looking through Kobashi's hidden moveset, and his Back Strong B and Back Strong B + Any Direction moves are both Half Nelson Suplex. Now this really confused me, because from the hidden movesets I've seen so far in No Mercy, every single one of them (barring Big Show and Raven since they're part of WWF) have 4 Back Weak grapple moves and 4 Back Strong grapple moves.
