New Moves Added To Virtual Pro Wrestling 2

So I loaded up my VPW2 Rom today and it started with a logo I have never seen before and proceeded to add 142 moves from WCW Vs. NWO Revenge. I was in utter shock has this happened to anyone else and how the hell did this even happen?!
