Has anybody else tried the roster tool on Windows 10? I've tried it with PJ64 1.6 and 2.1 so far. I can get the offset correct and even edit the movesets but they don't seem to save. Yes, I know everybody is probably using the moveset editor these days. Any help is appreciated.
