Plugin Alignment Question

So I have a question; Is there a way to use the latest plugin and not be plagued by the alignment changes that take place? Just curious if I can save myself time from having to go back and fix alignment issues on mods made using the old plugins. Thanks.

Hm, I'm not familiar with this alignment problem, any chance you could provide screenshots?

Well for example, I'll align some trunks logos using the old plugins then when I use the new plugin, the logo won't be perfectly aligned. It changes the mapping slightly or something. I'll upload pics of an example in  bit.

The top image is in the old plugin, the bottom is the new plugin. Just pay attention to the front logo, everything else is irrelevant. See what I mean?

I see, I wasn't aware of this, how odd. I'm assuming by new plugin you mean Jabo 1.7?

Whoops, not sure how I forgot about this. Yes I'm using Jabo 1.7, is there a way around the alignment issue while keeping the new dumping style and shadow effect?
