My X - P a c K er can export bpe cannot to pac, which is how to return a responsibility? Have a solution?

Maybe he's saying that xpacker doesn't convert bpes to pacs. Just use unnrbpe that is in xpacker folder

Download svredit u will have quickbms in tools folder.
In that folder there is yukes.BMS drag it to quickbms.exe and select Ur bpe to unpack.
Then choose where to save unpacked bpe.
And rename the extension .unpacked to .PAC that's it.
