Reset Pin Count-On/Off

Use the Reset Pin Count - on & off to make the referee's pin count always reset at one. To use this code, press SELECT+L2 during a pin. As long as SELECT+L2 is being pressed, the referee's pin count will be no greater than one, & releasing the buttons will deactivate the code, letting the referee's pin count go to three. This code is able to be used over & again during gameplay.
