After learning a bunch of new stuff yesterday my brain needs a break. I decided to download a texture pack I used to have back in the day for Mario 64, only to find EVERY link broken, except one of those awful survey sites that demands an e-mail address.

Well, no more. This amazing pack is now available without having to do any of that. I recommend everyone give this thing a go!

He mods Super Smash Brothers for Wii and a couple other things, but I think he's too busy to join up.

Hopefully, he'll let us host any upcoming projects!

Ahh thats a shame bro. Tell him though great work on his mods. I played a bit of this with my missus and she loves it!! It be awesome to see more old skool mods like this! great stuff my man. Also I was curious about how it works modding earlier consoles like SNes and Megadrive. Is it possible?

Modding the actual consoles or the games?

I believe both are possible. :B-) However, if you have an older console I would say leave that treasure be!

Modding the games itself bro. I can think of a few games I would like to re-texture like Sonic, NBA Showtime, NBA Jam, Road Rash, Outrun, WWF Wrestlefest.

You know any places I could get info on this bro?

It won't work like that. You can't re-texture old games the way one would for 64.

Rom hacking allows new sprites and such, if that is what you are looking for. Romhacking.net has all the stuff and tutorials you would need.
