We have been reporting that Kevin Nash has been cleared of all charges relating to his arrest on Christmas Eve. In a response to the arrest, the WWE suspended Nash's Legend's Contract and removed him from next week's Raw.
With the charges being dropped yesterday, the WWE re-instated Nash's contract today. There was no word on whether or not he would be included on next week's Raw. The official word is that he is not booked. However, Scott Hall had this to say...

Hulk Hogan, speaking through a Correctional Facility Liason, said that he was happy that he was able to help Nash's booking and was glad he could help it get out of its negative head space.
