sting face to no mercy?

Could somebody tell me how add normal Sting's face/Mask in normal non-modding wwf no mercy? ( texture replacement\ or maybe some cheatcodes) just integrate texture in rom like virtua pro FREEM

You can't at the moment. They way Freem did it was by using his tool, VPW Studio, which isn't available to the public yet.

It's sad. I wanted to try tool exactly  like VPW Studio for this...
