What game are you even talking about?

Bret Hart is only available in SvR, 06, 07 and 08. There is a character slot for Bret Hart in 11, but Hart is not in the game.

Don't forget guys that Bret Hart was also a DLC unlockable on the PS3 for SV2011 however the model was on the disc as per usual...

To remove the lock on SvR, 06, 07, or 08, you must buy him in the shop mode.

He wasn't blocked in 08, but Jim Neidhart was.
