First of all, I would like to apologise for the results I posted the other night. They completely missed out two Rumble entrants as well as an entire match. They were not mentioned on the website I copied them from. So I am sorry for posting incomplete results.
With another Rumble being added to the history books, some facts need to be updated. But this is on purpose. One of the reasons why the Rumble was booked the way that it was is to troll internet fans who analyse 'Rumble Statistics'. With that in mind, let me analyse more statistics...
* Roman Reigns is officially one of the very best Rumble participants of all time. In addition to winning a Rumble, he placed second in his only other Rumble appearance. He is also credited with eliminating 18 opponents, with an average of 9 per Rumble.
* When Reigns eliminated Big Show and Kane together, this was the single heaviest elimination in Rumble history. They weighed a combined 748lbs. (Note: Reigns didn't lift nearly half of this weight in order to make the elimination).
* We all know that Roman Reigns' cousin The Rock once won a Rumble. But their other cousin Yokozuna was the first man to earn a major title shot at WrestleMania by winning a Rumble.
* Kane officially broke the record for most overall eliminations. According to the WWE, he broke Shawn Michaels' record of 39 by getting to 40 eliminations. However, Michaels really had 42 eliminations, while Kane now has 43.
* Kane already held the record for most Rumble appearances. The Kane character has now been in 16 Rumbles. However, if you count his appearances as Dr. Isaac Yankem and Diesel, then he has actually made 18 appearances.
* Kane has never won a Rumble but has reached the final four 5 times.
* Big Show reached the top 5 list for most eliminations. He is behind Kane, Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
* The Miz is the fourth person to enter a Rumble at #1 twice. He shares this record with Michaels, CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler.
* Bray Wyatt previous made a Rumble appearance as Husky Harris, so this was in fact his 2nd Rumble.
* This was Bubba Ray Dudley's first ever Rumble match.
* D-Von Dudley holds the record for most Royal Rumble PPV matches without ever being in a Rumble match. He made 5 appearances, which were all tag team matches in which he teamed with Bubba Ray Dudley. Bubba Ray used to co-hold the record, but not any more.
* Even though the #27 spot produced the most winners, the #24 entrant has reached the final four more often. Titus O'Neal was put in the spot for a quick elimination to mock the coincidence.
* This is the second time that The Rock came down to the ring when the Rumble came down to the final two, even though he wasn't actually an official entrant.
* This was ALMOST the third time that a winner was declared when an active participant who had not been eliminated was outside the ring.
* Bray Wyatt broke a new record for "cleaning house" in one Rumble. He stood alone in the ring as the only active participant four times.
* A record 7 men were eliminated before the next number was called. In other words, each of them were eliminated within 90 seconds. (For obvious reasons, the #30 entrant is always exempt from this).
* Both Reigns and John Cena have won Rumbles from the #17 spot.
