VPW2 MPK Wars help

Hello - I'm trying to run this save, and though I've checked PJ64 points to the folder where the textures should be (by default GFX/hires_texture), nothing happens when I try to check the .mpk wrestlers out.

I'm running Project 64 2.1, and every other save I tried seems to be working just fine, which makes this one all the more baffling.
