The coroner has completed his autopsy and toxicology report on Warrior (aka Ultimate Warrior) who passed away suddenly last week.
As predicted by Nancy Grace, the "catastrophic medical event" was indeed a heart attack. The bit that she got very wrong was the cause of the heart attack. It was caused by heart disease, which Warrior had been suffering from for some time.
The report officially ruled out drugs, specifically steroids, as being a contributor to his death. It has also ruled out alcohol. The report did not find any evidence of steroids, drugs or alcohol in his system at all. Interestingly, there was no evidence of prescription medicines either. So it is possible that Warrior was not taking any treatment to help his condition for at least the last 2 months.
Warrior allegedly stopped using steroids 19 years ago. This report adds extra weight to that claim.
