WCW Tie-In At WrestleMania?, + Miz To Headline WrestleMania?

-- There has been talk of lengthening The Miz's WWE Title run after initial plans called for him to be a short-term champion. Officials have also discussed headlining WrestleMania XXVII with The Miz vs. John Cena, which wasn't brainstormed when he won the belt.

-- While the extent is unclear, with WrestleMania XXVII taking place in Atlanta, Georgia near the ten-year anniversary of the death of World Championship Wrestling, there will be some sort of tie-in involving the defunct wrestling promotion at the event.

Oh my God, NO, NOT ANOTHER CENA MAIN EVENT!!!!

I really got bored of Cena main-eventing every PPV, I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those lame Cena haters, I just don't like him as a wrestler, and even if I liked him, I would think that Cena main eventing Wrestlemania 27 is not good.

I AM one of those lame Cena haters.... and for once in my lifetime.... I hope the Miz comes out on top. I am interested in what they do for the whole WCW thing..... it might actually be cool. :yawn:

I don't like Cena, but I don't hate him. And yeah, I really hope that The Miz wins this one if it happens, but again, after that match,we are going to have to listen to:

Exactly. Like it or not... I hated Miz as champ when it happened. However, upon looking at it form a Pro Wrestler point of view and a business perspective... the Miz has received more outside media attention than any champion since the Rock. Like it or not, the Miz has brought attention and recognition to the company in a time when the business is in a slump. It is just smart business to keep him on as champ... he's got charisma, a media following more than anything Cena's P.R. could fabricate... shit, right now he's the most logical champ. I can't believe I said it.... but shit.... its true.

Yeah, it really is true, The Miz as a champion is the best option.

He should definitely NOT headline WM vs. Cena, give him someone else, people!!

Maybe if CM Punk or The Miz turn face until Wrestlemania...

Keep in mind... headlining with Cena is a great idea for the character of the Miz... if he beats Cena... he's a player. I'm sick of Cena, too, but I never grow sick of seeing him LOSE. It actually is kinda smart to do it!

Vince is business man... and Miz is a bigger doll to the press than Cena could ever be. They've been pushing him for YEARS... and yet in under a month more people are talking about this accidental champ than Cena.... we might just have a pleasant Wrestlemania upset!
