None of the moves below will appear on the Move Lists in the pause menu, or in training mode. You will notice that a lot of them are moves that the various Superstars rarely or never used. Most of them can be performed at any time during a match. The finishers require your opponent’s health to be in the red.

Speaking of finishing moves; some characters can perform their finishers in multiple positions. Mankind can perform his Mandible Claw submission from 3 different attacking points. They are all listed and underlined below.

Note: ‘Away’ means either ‘left’ or ‘right’, depending on which side of the screen that your opponent is own. In most cases, they are interchangeable. For example, a move that begins with ‘Away’ can start with ‘Toward’ instead. However, you must then reverse all ‘Away’ and ‘Toward’ instructions.

Key:

Ready – Facing a standing opponent, but not in a tie-up.
Corner – Facing the opponent against the corner, opponent looking in towards the centre of the ring.
Ground Head – Standing at the head of an opponent lying on the ground.
Ground Feet – Standing at the feet of an opponent lying on the ground.
Tie-Up – In a standing tie-up.
Behind – In a tie-up from behind.
Running – Running at your opponent.
Opponent Running – While your opponent is running towards you.
At the ropes – While you are standing at the ring ropes.
Top Rope Standing – You are on the top turnbuckle, and your opponent is standing, preferably facing you.
Top Rope Down – You are on the top turnbuckle, and your opponent is lying down.
