WWE.com has posted a list of their top 50 WCW wrestlers.
Recently, WWE.com lists have stirred mistrust with fans due to their biased nature. But instead of re-typing things that I have done dozens of times, let’s get into the list.

You should not be surprised that Chris Benoit was not included in this list.
Dennis Rodman was genuinely on the WCW roster at one point as a contracted performer.
Vince Russo, Chavo Guerrero, Jr., Psicosis, Syxx (Sean Waltman), Gene Okerlund, Tony Schivone, Madusa, Stevie Ray, David Flair, Stacy Keibler, Shane Douglas and Bobby Heenan are just some of the other names that didn’t make this list.

I think Jarrett HAD TO make the list. But they may have been trying to make a certain point by putting him at the very bottom.

Hmmm, why did Jarrett had to make the list? Sure he was a US and WCW champion before, but he didn't draw in WCW. He did kinda draw in TNA when he was feuding with the people like AJ Styles, I think.

Jeff Jarrett didn't draw. But then again, when he was a title holder, this was during the time period when WCW booking was at it's worst. But he was still one of the biggest stars in the final two years. It wasn't his fault that most of the big names were not available when he became champion.

The way that Jarrett left WWE for WCW was huge. And Vince McMahon made a specific point to fire him on the final live WCW event on television. He had to have been a person of interest.

To be fair, Shawn Michaels didn't draw either when he was actually WWE champion. He drew more when he chasing or winning the gold, but not when he defended it. But each time that he held the title, the quality and availability of established main-eventers were low. And interest in wrestling in general was low. But these are things people remember when talking about Michaels as champion. They don't remember these things in relation to Jarrett.

And yes, Michaels is much better than Jarrett too.

Hmmm. That's quite true. I was surprised that he's on that list since Vince hated him. Then again, maybe that's why he's the last on the list.
