the data files of all the dlcs are on the game (on chetc )
so you can enable them using hex editor but never tried to enable those slots and i don't know if they are working
anyway you can use the ps2 method to enable the slots with hex editor

But you can change the gender via hex editor

i just found a way to enable dlcs and change gender of divas.uncompressing one of bpes and open it on x-packer p0fo (something like this i not remember)and we can change names and enable them too.
i tested too.
