Wade Barrett was removed from ringside with a splint on his left arm after suffering an apparent injury during the main event #1 contender battle royal on Monday's Raw. A witness who was live at Raw in Minneapolis, noted there was ringside panic after the spot where Show tossed Dolph Ziggler over the top rope onto Barrett and R-Truth, which led to an apparent injury for Barrett.

Update: WWE, which mixes fiction and reality with injury reports, tweeted after Monday's Raw: "BREAKING NEWS: @WadeBarrett suffered an injury to his left arm during tonight's Battle Royal and was rushed to a nearby medical facility." During the Raw TV main event, Barrett appeared to be legitimately hurt following a ringside spot and was taken to the back with his arm in a splint.

Just a quick update on the status of the injury:

While reports have been that Wade Barrett will miss some ring time but will not miss WrestleMania 28 with the injury suffered at RAW last night, WWE agent "Road Dogg" BG James indicated on Twitter that Barrett may indeed miss the big show on April 1st. We're still waiting on confirmation from WWE.
