Breaking News - Maxine Quits The WWE.

Maxine, who's been seen mostly on WWE NXT and a few Raw appearances, including Monday's Battle Royal, has quit the company and is gone, according to WWE sources.

The word making the rounds is that she had been frustrated with a number of things, including not being offered a guaranteed deal and not having the chance to prove herself on TV beyond the WWE NXT level.

Maxine, real name Karlee Perez, signed a WWE developmental deal in 2009. After wrestling for Florida Championship Wrestling, she was brought up to NXT for the all Divas third season. She returned to NXT as part of the retribution season four and became involved in a triangle with Derek Bateman and Johnny Curtis.

I agree with Hanx. She was nothing special.

The WWE tried to push her, but she rarely put in the effort. They wanted her to be the face of the newest generation of Divas. But she was lazy. Every time she has a bad match, she goes onto Twitter and blames the inexperience of her opponent. She doesn't think about the possibility that her lack of ability may have something to do with it.

A little career advice for you Maxine; if your boss gives you a small task to do, then do it properly. Prove that you are more than capable of something small, then the employer is more likely to trust you with something better. But if you are going to make a half-assed effort when you aren't getting what you want, you aren't going to get what you want.

Anyone remember THAT NXT match with Kaitlyn? So many people blamed Kaitlyn for the dire match because she had only been in the industry for a few weeks. First of all, it is difficult to wrestle properly in an oversized garment like the one that she was expected to wear. Second of all, Maxine had been wrestling for 2 years and was the reigning Queen of FCW (FCW Women's Champion) at the time. But it was Maxine that botched nearly every single move.

On a show that had Vickie Guerrero, Nikki Bella, Alicia Fox, Kelly Kelly, Kaitlyn, Jamie Keyes and Micheal Cole, being the worst wrestler is saying something.

yeah seriously man she was just a waste of tv time i loved the style of Kaitlyn if she was given the push like maxine got she must've taken it to another level... but maxine just seriously was crappy, all the promos were not even interesting, and matches were like the waste of time half of the match i watched would be boring then i would skip the match to see the rest of the show
