If you really don't like Discord, there is the r/N64WrestlingGames subreddit, but there's no active development of mods/hacks there. Sean O'Connor's Youtube Channel is also recommended.

This looks like a wrestler from MDickies' Wrestling Mpire...but not from THQ's WWE13. Maybe a screenshot from another angle will solve the problem...but I doubt it
