Does anybody know where I can find the faster clock cheat?

Where the clock goes faster, resulting in longer match times, like in Fire Pro Wrestling?

I've seen it on Youtube so I know it exists, but I cannot find it anywhere on this site, or any other site just doing some searching with Google.
