Name: Five-Star Frog Splash (Non-Pinning)
Replaces: Low Down

Description: An elevated Frog Splash that ends with P1 crashing down on P2 and bouncing off.
Notes: I slightly modified the Frog Splash animation by combining it with the beginning of the Double Knee Drop. This is because the Double Knee Drop has P1 jumping up straight before tucking in even more so than the Frog Splash; combined with the height addys, this makes P1's aerial climb more akin to R.V.D.'s.
The second part of the Low Down used to end in a pin if P2 was positioned a certain way so, with Damage Mods, I removed the pin. In the process, I've found a way to reposition Flying Attacks; for example, the area P1 uses to land (upper, lower, etc...) or the area on P2 where P1 lands (see new topic for examples of usage).
With this you can take one of the famous Five-Star Frog Splashes that replaces the Double Knee Drop (by RasMg and Tokidoim smong others I believe) and reposition it so that P1 lands belly-to-belly with P2.
Also with the Damage Mods I changed the counter to the move so that P2 rolls out of the way rather than raise the knees.
I made the Damage Mods specific to the Low Down so it won't interfere with other Flying Pin Attacks.
Lastly, the animation of P1 landing on P2 should be quite familiar by now from all the Five-Stars that have used it, nevertheless, it is the best possible animation to give P1.

Here's an interesting play on the move using P1's status to determine whether or not the move pins...
Give this to you character as a *Non-Special*, which means Flying Attack (laying) and Flying Attack to Outside (laying).
Description: When P1 has non-special (regular) spirit, P1 bounces off P2 if the move is hit; P2 will counter by rolling out of the way otherwise.
When P1 has flashing-red (still NOT in "special") spirit, P1 will pin P2 straight up if the move is hit; P2 will counter by raising the knees otherwise. You may do this move in "special" if your Special Flying Attack (laying) slot is empty.
