I have a TON of half-finished mods on this hard-drive, and am getting around to touching a few up. This is my HBK progress.....
It's cool, it happens.cowboyvenus said:Sorry, thought I hit the spoiler button, it's right next to the "hidden message" button. :$
Agreed. I honestly HATE them.Yan said:I don't like the arms, particularly the bicep portion, but overall it's looking good so far.
I use 11% exposure and Midtones as the range, the most important thing is to not overdo it. What arm base are you using? Blurred AKI arms?cowboyvenus said:Agreed. I honestly HATE them.Yan said:I don't like the arms, particularly the bicep portion, but overall it's looking good so far.
This is my first go at using the dodge tool to get a bit on shine, any tip? I would greatly appreciate it!![]()
I wouldn't use Raw 2 arms at all. Originally I used them with AKI arms to add some definition but for anything else (even for that DoR 2 arms are generally better) they're pretty shitty. That's probably why it doesn't look right when you try to use dodge on it.cowboyvenus said:Nope, I started with a RAW 2 arm, then edited the crap out of it.
It was looking good before I started giving it shine. Might have to start from scratch.
Good call. I'll see if Showdown textures will work better. I really want to make my own arms, and start making mods from scratch, since it just feels more rewarding to do. I've used CM's tighta and Orson's knee pads on this one, but for every new mod I make it'll be from the ground up.Yan said:I wouldn't use Raw 2 arms at all.
