I am new to this so I was wondering how would I go about being able to mod my game? Do I need a modded/jailbroken PS3? Is there a way to so it without having a modded/jailbroken PS3?

Also, if I need to mod my PS3 can someone point me in the right direction on how to? Sorry if all these questions have obvious answers but I've never done it before.

You can try it on PC man by Having an emulator !

I haven't found a right one but people do it ! Just try to search on google !

By doing it on the PC would I be able to somehow get the modded superstar onto the PS3 game or no?

MOD , Play or whatever you want to do , do it on PC !
I dont know how to make it work on a PS3 !

you need a hacked ps3 first and how you hack it search on google

Just get a modded PS3 or XBOX360, I prefer xbox 360 over PS3.

Then there are lot of tutorials how to mod the game, how to add attires etc.
