Hello guys. I need some help. Can someone tell me how to import a pac file (for example those textures: http://s4.zetaboards.com/Old_Skool_Reunion?topic=9753551/40/#new) into dolphin emulator?

The texture formats and texture layouts are different. The uncompressed textures are available here for download but you'll have to mod them yourself by dumping, just as people do for No Mercy. I've done a few mods, but I don't think enough people are playing it to warrant modding. If you can't afford/don't have a 360/ps3, then emulating the Wii version can be a good alternative to the main experience, if you don't care that much about graphic fidelity. But if you can, play the good version
