You will need a JTAG X-BOX 360 or PS3 with CFW. If you don't have, the game may not work.
In a PAC file, there are PACH files these contains textures. In a PACH file there are many files but the normal texture is in 000C. In 000C there is a DDS file named color. It contains the texture. Texture archives, PAC and PACH files can be opened via X-Packer.
PACH filename info:-
PACH filename structure is like this
000XXXYZ in which
XXX - Model ID
Y - Attire No.
Z - In-Ring(2)/Entrance(4) Model
e.g.:- 00013902
It is John Cena's ring model of first attire.
If you want to use the same model as in-ring and entrance. Then just make 000XXXY2.
If you want different model for In-Ring and Entrance, In-Ring will be 000XXXY2 and Entrance will be 000XXXY4.
Use 'Add Additional Attire Data to Arc file' to add attire info. When you are finished adding attire, click 'Update Arc'.
This tutorial is taken from X-BOX PAC file. I think this also applies for PS3.
