I haven't seen anyone make him for No Mercy so I thought I'd ask. If no one wants to then that's fine by me. I'd do this myself but I'm still getting the hang of doing basic things.
He has an old school classic villian look to him or even a cartoony villian look. Thought he'd be a fun looking character to have. I don't think a caw made from the regular game would capture how he looks (the facial hair). So either a code or texture replacement is needed I'd guess.
